Returns

For consumers: you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@4Fillers.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Hygiene exception

IMPORTANT: Many of our oils have the function for cosmetic purposes. Hygiene is therefore of paramount importance to us, for you. All our oil products are therefore also sealed with a so-called signet ring. If you break this when opening the packaging, we can no longer guarantee the quality and hygiene in the event of a return. According to the Distance Selling Act you always have the right to return the product within 14 days. We would like to explicitly point out that this right expires if you have broken the seal.

PLEASE NOTE: we are never responsible for incorrect application of our products, such as in food. Our oils are mainly tested and produced for cosmetic purposes.
